Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Cook for one of our clients. This role involves providing exceptional food service, preparing meals, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in serving, food preparation, and kitchen operations within a safe residential environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and contribute to a welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards especially South Asian fusion type dishes.
Handle food with proper safety and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas throughout shifts
Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to prevent contamination
Restock supplies as needed and assist with home kitchen management

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
Skills in cooking, meal preparation, and food presentation
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
