️ What You’ll Do:

Act as the First Officer on the Challenger 650 fleet based out of YYZ.
Work with Captain to ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner.
Support daily operation activities on available reserve days.
Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered.
Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements, and solutions.
Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience.
Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required.

What You Bring:

Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with IATRA.
Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR.
Valid Transport Canada Medical.
Canadian Radio Telephone License.
Minimum of 2000 hours total flight time.
Minimum 500 multi-engine PIC hours, jet or turbine time is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs.
Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight, and balance.
Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills.
Ability to work on a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs.
