Overview

Join our dynamic logistics team as a Trucking Dispatcher, where you'll be the vital link ensuring smooth and efficient freight movement. In this energetic role, you'll coordinate transportation schedules, communicate with drivers and clients, and manage shipments with precision. Your proactive approach will help optimize our supply chain operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and keep our freight moving seamlessly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love problem-solving, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in transportation management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and assign trucking loads using transportation management systems to ensure timely deliveries.
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and warehouse staff via multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to relay instructions and updates.
Monitor shipment statuses, update tracking information, and troubleshoot issues related to freight or delivery delays.
Maintain accurate data entry records.
Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within the supply chain.
Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to coordinate freight movements and resolve logistical challenges.
Ensure compliance with shipping & receiving protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all dispatch activities.

Qualifications

Must be punctual, dedicated and thrive in stressful environments
Willing to train the right candidate - no experience required.
