About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is not a traditional administrative position. As a startup, we are building our systems, processes, and team from the ground up. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, learn new skills, take initiative, and take on greater responsibilities as the business develops.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology, curious about Artificial Intelligence (AI), and willing to learn and use modern digital tools to improve efficiency and productivity.Key Responsibilities

Operations & Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support, manage schedules, appointments, and office communications.
Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, records, and data.
Efficiency: Use AI tools and digital platforms (Google Workspace) to streamline daily workflows.
Growth: Assist with projects, events, and business operations as the business scales.
Adaptability: Learn different areas of the business and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

What You Bring

Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable learning new software and AI tools quickly.
Core Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail).
Mindset: Reliable, responsible, and professional, with a "growth mindset" and a desire to take initiative.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.
Experience: While previous administrative experience is an asset, we prioritize attitude, potential, and a willingness to learn. Fresh graduates looking to build a career in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.
