Bilingual (French/English) Customer Experience Coordinator

We are looking for a self-starter with amazing attention to detail to help our customers have an incredible experience before, during and after their course at one of our 50+ EF International Language Campuses .
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will support Canadian students and parents from the time of enrollment until the student returns to make sure every aspect of their course is seamless and positive. Our customers range from young teens to retirees and everything in between, so you will need to provide fantastic service to an array of customers.
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will also work alongside our sales team to increase customer retention and satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain close relations with our global operations colleagues at our 50 campuses abroad to ensure prepared student arrivals, to implement course modifications, and to find solutions for any on-program issues. You will also support the marketing team through promotional initiatives, materials management, event coordination and more.

Please note: Around half of our Canadian customers speak French as a first language, so fluency in French and English is essential for this role.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluency in French and English
- Previous office internship experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail
