Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced tourier baker to join our production team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and hand-shaping French viennoiserie dough (croissants, pains au chocolat, chaussons, brioches, etc.), entirely gluten-free, in line with our artisanal quality standards.

Prepare and shape viennoiserie dough entirely by hand

Carry out lamination and layering of gluten-free doughs according to our in-house recipes

consistency in the quality, texture, and presentation of products

Manage proofing, resting, and baking times based on the specifics of gluten-free doughs

follow hygiene protocols and cross-contamination prevention procedures

Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production deadlines

Help maintain a clean and organized workstation and equipment

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
