Overview

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Naturopathic Doctor, where your expertise will empower patients to achieve optimal wellness through holistic, evidence-based approaches. In this role, you will provide personalized natural healthcare solutions, combining traditional healing methods with modern medical knowledge. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate natural therapies and lifestyle modifications
Provide expert guidance on nutrition, herbal medicine, physical medicine, and other naturopathic modalities tailored to each patient's needs
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care and optimal health outcomes
Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and self-care strategies to promote long-term wellness
Maintain accurate, detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies
Stay current with advancements in naturopathic medicine by engaging in ongoing professional development and research
Support all aspects of women's health care - with emphasis on hormonal health management, by applying specialized knowledge within naturopathic practise

Requirements

Valid licensure or certification as a Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario
Proof of current prescribing license
Experience prescribing bioidentical hormones for menopause management
Proven experience in patient care, including working with women's health concerns is highly desirable
Strong understanding of medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical information and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse patient groups
Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and continuous learning in the field of naturopathy
