We’re looking for a Creative Content Manager who can bring our mission to life through bold, meaningful, and imaginative storytelling.
As the leader of our creative team -including writers, designers, and video editors - you’ll guide the development of powerful campaigns and content that inspire action, deepen empathy, and move hearts. You’ll be both a visionary and a mentor - creating space for big ideas, experimentation, and creative collaboration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead & Inspire Creativity
Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary creative team (writers, designers, and video editors).
Manage the production of compelling, high-quality content across video, digital, print, and social platforms.
Hybrid Work Policy:
IRC has a hybrid model where in-office requirements are based on distance from our Burlington headquarters or a regional office (Surrey, Edmonton, Calgary and Ottawa). Depending on where you live, this can range from two days a week to one day a month.
