Production Assembler - Kit Room role:
This position is responsible for the assembly and production of testing kits as per Manufacturing Work Orders and Work Instructions. Responsibilities include: capping, precharging containers with chemicals or preservatives, labelling and/or bagging or any other required activities; assemble into kits; shrink-wrap; pack and prepare for shipment.
Prepare and apply labels and/or bar-codes.
Pick orders of kits for shipment.
Skills Required:
- Team player - work with others in production/ labs areas
- Organized and strong attention to detail
- Dexterity with hands
- Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift approx. 40- 50 lbs.
Note: Safety boots or Steel toe boots are required as PPE for this role. The rest of PPE will be provided by the employer.
Day hours: Monday to Friday 6:45am - 3:15 pm (No weekends)
Compensation: hourly start range $19.05
Public transportation is NOT available to get to the plant. You must have a reliable transportation
