You Are:
Serve as the Primary Project Manager for a Logistics Smartsheet-to-Power Platform migration project.
The opportunity:
- Own and maintain the comprehensive project plan and delivery cadence across all six phases: Mobilization, Design, MVP Build, Expansion, Migration, Go-Live
- Coordinate a distributed delivery team including AppDev onshore resources (Solution Architect, Sr. PM/BA, Tech Solutions Principal), five offshore developers, and consulting resources
- Manage the Logistics stakeholder group across both sites, including SME availability for discovery, design validation, and UAT
- Run governance activities: scope control, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, action follow-through, and escalation
- Own Leadership and SteerCo reporting and decision-making packages
- Track budget consumption and resource allocation against plan in coordination with the AppDev Manager
- Drive approvals and signoffs to closure with named RACI owners
- Maintain and review live RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) with owners and target dates — weekly updates

What you need:
- Acts as the single source of truth for the full project effort — owns the authoritative view of plan, scope, status, decisions, and open items across all workstreams, sites, and vendors
- Assertive delivery ownership — drives decisions to closure, chases down SMEs, holds owners to committed dates, calls out slippage early, and escalates without hesitation
- Comfortable pushing back on scope creep and on stakeholders more senior to the role
- Exceptional organizational discipline — maintains current and trusted project plans, RAID logs, decision registers, and backlogs with nothing falling between meetings
- Governance and reporting rigor — produces clean, accurate status and SteerCo material with no gap between what is reported and what is actually happening
- Cross-functional coordination across distributed teams — manages onshore AppDev, offshore developers, external consulting partners, and business stakeholders across two sites and multiple time zones
- Stakeholder management at executive level — credible with Executive Leadership, Finance, and Logistics leadership; able to translate between technical delivery and business impact
- Ability to ramp fast on unfamiliar domains — can absorb knowledge transfer and become conversant enough to challenge and validate SME input
- STRONGLY PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Delivery experience in regulated environments (medical device/life sciences, GxP/CSV), including validation and documentation requirements
- Technology project delivery experience with ERP integration dependencies
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform delivery (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
- Azure DevOps experience for backlog, sprint, and release management
- Experience managing a vendor handoff and taking over an in-flight engagement
- Comfort operating in a parallel-run cutover model where the legacy system remains system of record until formal deprecation
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range: $115,000-$144,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
