Dispatcher – DR HVAC

Pay: $23–$25 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Work Location: In person (Brampton, ON)

DR HVAC is looking for a highly organized, fast-thinking Dispatcher who can keep operations running smoothly and support our field technicians.

You do NOT need years of experience — but you DO need to be sharp, reliable, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.

You MUST have:

Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask under pressure
Attention to detail
A strong sense of urgency and accountability
Confidence dealing with customers and technicians

What You Will Do

Coordinate and dispatch HVAC and plumbing service calls
Schedule and route technicians efficiently
Communicate with customers and provide real-time updates
Track technician progress and adjust schedules as needed
Maintain accurate records of jobs and service calls
Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow

What We Are Looking For

Experience in dispatching, logistics, or scheduling (preferred)
Strong customer service and phone skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using CRM systems and computer tools
HVAC or plumbing industry knowledge is an asset
