Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | $200K-$300K+ Earning Potential

About the Role: Home Buying Specialist

You'll be the person who sits face-to-face with homeowners at the moment it counts. You’ll work with a steady flow of inbound opportunities generated by our marketing. Many will be pre-qualified by our Inside Sales team; others will be yours to qualify, build trust with and carry through to close.

Your job is to show up, understand the seller's situation, and find the win-win that gets their house sold and their problem solved - whether that seller came to you through the team or because you picked up the phone and made it happen.

What you'll be doing:

Attending in-person and virtual appointments with pre-qualified home sellers
Evaluating each seller's situation and the viability of the deal
Researching property values to assess a prospect's real potential
Negotiating win-win-win outcomes for the seller, the company, and the deal
Setting clear expectations with sellers up front - required documents, timelines, and what the process looks like from contract to close
Managing your pipeline through our CRM - clean records, real follow-up
Recording your numbers daily so you always know where you stand
Training and mentoring as we grow the team
This role is primarily field and remote. You'll only need to be in person to help show a property, for quarterly meetings, or periodic team events.
Being a real part of running a real estate investing business, not just a rep in a seat

What We're Looking For

This role will suit you if:

You've got a track record of exceeding targets in sales - and can prove it
You handle rejection without taking it personally, and get back in the room anyway
You're as comfortable listening as you are talking
You do what you say you're going to do
You're organized enough to run your own pipeline without someone chasing you
You're comfortable making quick calls in the moment without a rigid script or process to lean on
You're up for a schedule that includes evenings and weekends, because that's when sellers are home
You've got a vehicle and you're based in the GTA

You are not right for this role if you can't have a real, unscripted conversation when the moment calls for it, or if you think sales is about talking people into things. We'll give you the training and tools to work from - the best reps build on that foundation and know when to set it aside and just talk to the person in front of them.
