Our Story

Res International Canada serves as the bridge between elite European fashion and beauty houses and the Canadian luxury market. We specialize in high-tier brand growth, digital storytelling, and exclusive market representation.

We are currently expanding our Toronto team and are looking for creative, trend-focused individuals to step into a multi-faceted role as Cosmetics Sales Advisor and Luxury Brands Model. This is a modern, hybrid position designed for those who live at the intersection of style, social media, and professional brand representation.

The Role

In this position, you are more than an employee; you are the face and voice of our partner brands. You will blend the worlds of professional modeling, aesthetic consulting, and digital influence to drive brand awareness across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Representation: Serve as a visual lead for European beauty and fashion labels during high-profile activations and campaigns.
Content Production: Feature in professional photography, video shoots, and behind-the-scenes content for TikTok and Instagram.
Client Connection: Lead beauty consultations and product demonstrations, ensuring a high-end experience for every customer.
Digital Influence: Utilize social media platforms to authentically promote luxury collections and engage with an online community.
B2B Support: Maintain professional relationships with our network of upscale salons and boutiques.
Creative Input: Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm fresh ideas for brand imagery and promotional strategy.

Who You Are

We are seeking charismatic individuals who possess a camera-ready confidence and a passion for the luxury sector.

Desired Qualities:

A genuine interest in the cosmetics, fashion, or modeling industries.
Natural comfort in front of the lens for both still photography and video content.
Polished, professional presentation consistent with luxury brand standards.
Strong social media literacy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Excellent conversational skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Previous experience in promotional work, retail, hospitality, or digital content creation is a definite plus.

Position Logistics

Employment Type: Part-Time, Permanent
Primary Hub: 2 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON (Hybrid arrangement)
Pay Structure: $18.50 – $38.70 per hour (Based on experience and project scope)
