Personal Lines Account Manager (RIBO Licensed)

We are currently seeking motivated Personal Lines Account Managers to join our growing team.

At Moller Insurance, we believe strong client relationships are built on trust, professionalism, and long-term support. While many brokerages are shifting toward a more transactional approach, we remain committed to delivering personalized service that consistently exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Providing exceptional customer service to existing clients
Qualifying, quoting and writing personal insurance policies for prospective clients
Reviewing and processing renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
Managing client inquiries and policy documentation accurately and efficiently
Learning and utilizing company systems and insurer portals
Maintaining strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

RIBO license required
Previous insurance experience is considered an asset, but is not required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
