Mydoh is a money app for youth 6 - 17. Mydoh helps youth make informed decisions, and gain real-life money experience while giving parents transparency and oversight. What is the opportunity?
Mydoh is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns, campaign management, and content creation.
What will you do?
- Strategic Campaign Development:

Design and orchestrate the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional media channels to achieve business objectives
-
Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to ensure alignment across all initiatives, on-time and quality execution in partnership with cross-functional partners

Content Marketing Leadership:
-
Oversee the creation of compelling, high-quality content across different media that aligns with Mydoh’s brand voice, values, and marketing goals
-
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-
Partner with internal teams, including product marketing, partnerships, product, marketing ops, customer service, and creative etc, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns

Act as a key liaison between marketing and other departments to align strategies and deliverables

Performance Analysis and Optimization:
-
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts

Team Leadership:
-
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
-
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or related marketing experience
-
Proven expertise in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
-
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
-
Demonstrated knowledge and application of SEO/AEO best practices
-
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
-
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams
-
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams
Nice to Have:

Experience in large, matrixed organizations

Experience working with compliance, legal and risk management

Experience in fintechs or startups leading digital banking, payments, and/or financial product development
-
MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
