About Us

We are collaborative, multidisciplinary group practice dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan with ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and related challenges. We offer flexible, evidence-based services through a virtual care model. Our team includes physicians, psychologists, psychotherapists, and educational professionals working together to deliver science-driven, client-centered care.

About the Role

We’re currently seeking an Academic Tutor/Instructor with experience supporting students with ADHD and Learning Disabilities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping neurodiverse learners thrive through structured, research-based instruction.

This role requires a minimum availability of 2 consistent weekday afternoon/evenings after 3:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

Implement structured tutoring programs to deliver high-quality, structured lessons that align with the specific educational needs of each student;
Provide one-on-one instruction to students, customizing teaching methods and materials to cater to their unique learning profiles;
Regularly assess and track students' progress through formative and summative assessments, adjusting instruction as needed to address areas of improvement;
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Qualifications

Experience working with individuals with ADHD and Learning Disabilities.
Previous experience working with children (camp counselor, tutor, sports coach).
Undergraduate degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
Technologically adept and comfortable delivering sessions virtually.
Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is required prior to starting sessions.
