Full job description

MUST BE OF LEGAL AGE TO WORK AT A VAPE SHOP

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, a strong interest in retail sales, and a willingness to learn about new products.

As part of our Bliss team, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service, helping customers find the right products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, and create good vibes will make you a perfect fit.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
Stay informed about in-store deals, promotions, and new product arrivals
Utilize effective sales techniques to drive sales and build customer loyalty
Assist with merchandising efforts to maintain a clean and appealing store layout
Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Perform inventory checks and help restock products as needed
Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere in-store
Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when assisting customers by phone

Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (especially English + other languages)
Familiarity with technology and vape products is desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic math and cash-handling abilities
Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
Team player with a self-motivated attitude
A keen eye for detail and merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store
