- Crescent Hill Acres: A picturesque barn venue set on 25 acres that blends rustic charm with modern elegance. Built in 1923 and beautifully renovated, it hosts events for up to 150 guests, offering a beautiful backdrop and on-site accommodations.
- Fallowfield Estate: Our newest 2026 venue, featuring a stunning event tent set on 26 sprawling acres with walking trails and incredible views. Accommodating up to 200 guests, it provides a highly elegant rural setting.
- Lakeshore Rentals: Our dedicated event rental company, providing curated décor and essentials to complete any vision.
The Role
As our footprint grows, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to serve as the digital voice for our entire umbrella of brands.
We are seeking a highly versatile marketer who can effortlessly bounce between different brand voices while maintaining a cohesive standard of excellence. You will help architect our digital presence, taking responsibility for driving venue tours, rental inquiries, and brand awareness.
If you have a sharp eye for visual storytelling on TikTok and Instagram, the technical agility to design and manage Webflow sites, and the analytical mind to run high-converting Google Ads, we want you on our team.
Core Responsibilities
Web Design & Management (Webflow)
- Act as the primary webmaster for lakeshorerentals.ca, crescenthillacres.com, and fallowfieldestate.ca.
- Design and fluidly update landing pages to support seasonal promotions, new venue launches, and expanded rental inventories.
- Ensure all websites are optimized for mobile, user experience (UX), and high conversion rates.
Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads & SEO)
- Develop, execute, and monitor localized Google Ads campaigns targeting newly engaged couples and event planners in Sarnia, Strathroy, and the broader Lambton County/Ontario region.
- Manage Google Search strategies (SEO) to ensure our venues rank highly for competitive keywords like "Ontario barn wedding venues" or "Strathroy tent weddings."
- Analyze search traffic and ad performance, adjusting bids, keywords, and copy to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and grow the overarching social media presence across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok for all our brands.
- Capture and curate high-quality visual content (photos and short-form video/Reels) that highlights golden hour magic, pristine venue setups, and curated décor from Lakeshore Rentals.
- Develop a cohesive social media calendar that distinctively balances the rustic warmth of Crescent Hill Acres with the modern, refined nature of Fallowfield Estate.
- Engage with our digital community, responding to inquiries and collaborating with local vendors, photographers, and newlywed couples for user-generated content.
Qualifications & Skills
- Web Experience: Proven proficiency with the Webflow platform and website management (ability to build, update, and manage CMS collections independently).
- Paid Media & Search: Strong understanding and hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Google Search/SEO best practices.
- Social Media Mastery: Deep understanding of current trends, algorithms, and content strategies on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Creative Chops: Proven experience with graphic design and a strong eye for aesthetics, photography, and video editing. Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred.
- Organization: Exceptional ability to manage multiple distinct brands simultaneously without dropping the ball on the details.
- Industry Passion: An affinity for the wedding, events, and hospitality industry.
- Asset: Experience with copywriting and writing blogs will be considered a strong asset.
Job Requirements
- Transportation: A valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation. Please note that our venues and offices are rural and not accessible via public transportation.
- Hybrid Schedule: Remote work is available; however, weekly in-office time in Watford is expected every Monday and Wednesday.
