Professional Commercial Cleaner

Position Summary: The Professional Commercial Cleaner is responsible for cleaning & maintaining our commercial clients location(s) and its surroundings. You will provide our clients with Domestic Divas Cleaning Co.’s full service, be friendly, professional, and sophisticated. Your responsibilities of the service will include wiping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, emptying garbage, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces within the location(s).

Objectives:

● Thoroughly clean & always maintain without overlooking all areas of each location you are assigned

● Pass regular quality inspections at each location you are assigned.
● Follow instructions, checklists, and health & safety requirements for each location you are assigned.
● Advise our office on equipment replacement, supply restock, or any supplies you may need in a timely & efficient manner.
● Represent yourself & the company in a professional & sophisticated manner at any given time.
● Check in & out of work using a technology application on an electronic device/cell phone.
● Arrive at the assigned location(s) on time & prepared to work a full shift.

● Detail oriented & thorough when doing any task.

● Ability to follow verbal & written instructions, checklists, rules, and requests.

● Polite & friendly while on & off the job.
● Ability to use technology/cell phone for company software applications.
● Ability to drive safely to work & arrive on time.

Education & Experience:

● Experience in the cleaning industry helpful, but not required
● Completion of grade 12 education preferred.
● Must be willing to learn, be coachable, and be accountable.
● Must be willing to go through our Cleaning Training Program & continue to use this knowledge as skills can be trained and developed. Willingness to learn and grow can’t be taught.

Physical Requirements:

● Ability to lift 25 pounds
● Ability to stand & be on feet for up to 8 hours/day.
● Ability to drive up to half an hour to & from assigned location(s) each day.
● Ability to walk up & down stairs if required.
● Ability to carry 25 pounds up & down stairs if required.
● Ability to use hands for up to 8 hours/day.
