We are currently looking for motivated, hardworking, and dependable individuals to join our team. Whether you're an experienced equipment operator, skilled landscape construction labourer, or professional driver, we offer an opportunity to build a long-term career with a respected and growing company.

Landscape Construction Labourers
Skilled Landscape Construction Crew Members
Equipment Operators
Excavator Operators
Skid Steer Operators
Landscape Construction Drivers
G, AZ & DZ Licensed Drivers

Responsibilities

Working alongside our experienced crews, you will assist with a variety of landscape construction projects, including:

Interlock patios, walkways, and driveways
Retaining walls and armour stone installation
Concrete preparation and finishing
Excavation, grading, and site preparation
Drainage and underground services
Tree, shrub, and sod installation
Pool landscapes and outdoor living spaces
Loading, unloading, and transporting materials, equipment, and machinery
Daily equipment inspections and maintenance
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site

Equipment Operators

Experience operating the following is considered an asset:

Excavators
Skid Steers
Track Loaders
Wheel Loaders
Plate Compactors
Other landscape construction equipment

Drivers

We are also seeking dependable drivers to transport equipment, materials, and trailers between our yard and job sites.

Successful applicants should have:

A valid G, DZ, or AZ Driver's Licence
A clean driving record (driver's abstract may be requested)
Experience operating pickup trucks, dump trucks, hooklift trucks, and towing equipment is an asset
Experience towing dump trailers, float trailers, and equipment trailers
Safe loading, securing, and transporting of machinery and materials
Strong awareness of vehicle inspections and daily maintenance

Qualifications

Previous landscape construction or construction experience preferred
Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset
Valid G Licence required (DZ or AZ Licence is a strong asset)
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
Reliable transportation to and from our yard
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
