**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a seasoned Registered Psychotherapist to join our team on a daytime, independent contractor basis. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to build and sustain a meaningful practice in a wellness-focused environment — without having to do it alone. Cardinal Points actively supports client development, so you can focus on what you do best.

We see a general wellness population and are best suited for a practitioner who thrives working with everyday mental health, stress, life transitions, relationships, and personal growth — rather than acute, crisis, or high-acuity cases.

**Requirements**

- Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with CRPO — full registration only (qualifying status will not be considered)

- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience

- Valid professional liability insurance

- Coverage by extended health insurance providers (direct billing an asset)

- Local to the Orangeville area or willing to commute

- Aligned with a holistic, mindfulness-oriented approach to care

- Genuinely interested in building a long-term practice
