What you need to do:

Dive into New Projects: Jump right in and be part of the team implementing exciting projects that will level up the way we serve our community.
Tech Buddy for Clients: Help our awesome clients navigate through the latest tech we've introduced, especially our shiny new client portal. Your job? Make tech less scary and more fun!
Show Them the Ropes: Host training sessions and workshops to show our clients the ropes of the client portal. We want them to feel like pros!
Get Creative on Projects: Collaborate with us on some seriously exciting projects that use technology to do good in our community. Your fresh ideas and tech skills? Priceless!

This position is created and maintained within the Organization through program funding through the Government of Ontario. The continuation of this position within the organization is dependent on continued funding through the Government of Ontario.
