Join our dynamic team as a Bookkeeper and become a vital part of our financial operations! Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our financial data, support budgeting processes, and streamline accounts management. Duties

Maintain accurate financial records by recording transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies
Conduct account analysis to monitor financial health and assist with budgeting efforts
Prepare and process payroll in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Reconcile accounts through detailed review of ledger entries, ensuring consistency and accuracy
Assist with month-end closing procedures, including preparing reports and supporting documentation

Experience

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
Hands-on experience with popular accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
Familiarity with payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable management, and bank reconciliation techniques
Knowledge of basic accounting practices, including account analysis and budget preparation
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
Prior experience in using accounting software for account reconciliation and financial reporting is highly desirable
