As a Magic Windows Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet pre-qualified homeowners interested in replacing or upgrading their windows and doors.

We provide:

Company-generated, pre-booked leads - no cold calls.
Paid training and field shadowing during your first 30 days.
Proven average first-year income of $225K+
Real top-earner potential of $350K+ with unlimited commission

You bring:

Consultative or in-home sales experience (home improvement, software, financial services, etc.)
Strong closing and communication skills
A valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle

We’re a 45-year old startup filled with passionate engineers, sales experts, and customer support specialists, and we are looking for sales superstars to join our fast-growing D2C sales team.

Day to Day in the role

As a high performance sales rep at Magic, here is what you can expect daily:

1-2 sales presentations per day

Your leads will be provided by the company - meaning there’s no cold calling. You’ll meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments and execute our proven sales presentation. Follow the system, and you’ll close deals consistently.

Project Management

When you aren’t selling, you’ll update prospect profiles in our CRM to keep management informed of your performance. You’ll also manage your clients’ purchase from presentation through installation, coordinating with other departments (production, service, or scheduling) to ensure every project runs smoothly.

Up-selling/cross-selling

When you’re not selling or updating CRM notes, you’ll visit clients during or after their installations to ensure they’re 100% satisfied with their Magic experience. This is also your chance to up-sell or cross-sell to their friends, family, and neighbours - 25% of our revenue comes from repeat and referral business.

Our compensation structure

Please note, this role is primarily commission based. If you follow our system and apply our training, top performers consistently earn $350K–$400K+ per year. Don't believe us? We'll let you chat with any member on our Ontario sales team.
