Job Summary

Lexus of Lakeridge is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team of Advisors who act as a vital bridge between customers and the service department, ensuring clear and effective communication at every stage.

This role entails providing accurate and detailed service estimates, efficiently scheduling appointments, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and customer service skills, coupled with a solid understanding of automotive systems and services.

Job Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
Accurately document customer and vehicle information
Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Provide service recommendations and explain repairs and maintenance clearly
Establish follow up time
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently during the repair and maintenance process
Review and explain all completed work and charges to customers
Communicate with technicians to ensure the timely completion of work
Maintain current knowledge of dealership services, promotions, and policies

Job Skills & Qualifications

Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
Proven experience in a customer facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with customer systems and software. CDK Experience is a plus
Strong organization and time management skills
G Driver's Licence with a clean abstract
A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
Personal and professional integrity
