Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Table Tennis Coach to join our recreational and sports training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for instructing players of various skill levels, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the sport of table tennis within our community. This role offers an opportunity to share your expertise, inspire athletes, and contribute to a vibrant sports culture.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging training sessions tailored to players’ skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
Teach proper techniques, rules, and strategies of table tennis to individuals and groups.
Monitor players’ progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
Organize and oversee friendly matches, tournaments, and practice drills to enhance player engagement.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities.
Maintain equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the training area.
Promote a positive, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.

Skills

Proven experience in teaching or coaching table tennis or related sports.
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and instruct diverse age groups.
Knowledge of fundamental swimming skills is a plus, especially for programs that integrate multiple sports or activities.
Ability to demonstrate technical skills clearly and effectively.
Enthusiasm for promoting physical activity and sportsmanship within the community.
Patience, adaptability, and a friendly attitude to foster a welcoming learning environment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
