Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. Your expertise will support their developmental milestones, promote literacy and social skills, and ensure a safe and stimulating classroom experience. As a key contributor to early childhood education, you will implement curriculum plans, manage classroom activities, and collaborate with families to support each child's unique journey. Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities for children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive curriculum
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and development
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use computerized systems for record keeping and communication

Skills:
- Ability to write effectively and communicate clearly with children, parents, and staff
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for record keeping and communication
- Strong educational background to effectively educate young children
- Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse families
- Organizational skills to maintain a structured learning environment
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and techniques
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting, including those with special needs

Experience

Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or literacy education.
Experience working with students with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention support.
Familiarity with childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and child welfare standards.
Knowledge of Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is preferred.
Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, and team members.
