Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic for the 310S position to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automotive repair, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with dealership operations. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on vehicles, utilizing a variety of tools and schematics. The Mechanic will ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality. This full-time position offers opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic assessments and repairs on vehicles using schematics and technical manuals
Perform mechanical repairs including engine work, brake systems, suspension, and electrical components
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs accurately
Assist with vehicle assembly, maintenance, and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance
Handle heavy lifting tasks safely when moving or installing parts or components
Follow dealership procedures and safety protocols during all repair activities
Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each vehicle
Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and service timelines

Qualifications

Proven dealership experience or automotive repair 3-5 years preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive systems
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools.
Must possess a 310 S Mechanic License
Experience in vehicle assembly, maintenance, or related mechanical tasks
Excellent customer service skills to assist clients professionally
Familiarity with automotive repair standards and safety regulations
Prior mechanic experience is essential for success in this role
Ability to work on 3 cars at a time.

This position requires a motivated individual committed to quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
