Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Service Administrator and Advisor, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive exceptional customer experiences and streamline our automotive service operations. In this energetic role, you will serve as the vital link between customers, sales staff and our skilled technicians, ensuring every vehicle receives top-quality care while providing outstanding service that keeps clients coming back. Your sales skills, and customer service passion will help us deliver efficient, friendly, and professional automotive solutions.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and schedule service appointments with enthusiasm.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service journey, providing clear communication and updates.
Assist technicians by accurately documenting vehicle issues, repair orders, and service details to ensure smooth workflow.
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
Handle cash transactions, process payments securely, and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage the flow of vehicles in the service lane, coordinating repairs with mechanics and ensuring timely completion of work.
Maintain organized records of service history, customer interactions, and dealership documentation for efficient operations.

Requirements

Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that builds trust and loyalty.
Ability to effectively upsell services while maintaining integrity and transparency with customers.
Experience handling cash transactions accurately and securely.
Knowledge of automotive repair processes and dealership operations is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with customers, technicians, and team members.
