Job Summary
Life Link Wellness Center is a client‑focused wellness practice dedicated to improving community health through accessible, holistic services. We are seeking an Administrative Intern who is passionate about wellness, innovation, and improving client experience.

Role Overview

The Administrative Intern will support new initiatives, process improvements, and client‑experience projects across scheduling, communication, and office operations. This role is ideal for students who want hands‑on experience in healthcare operations, service design, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling Optimization — Analyze appointment flow, test scheduling tools, and recommend improvements.
Client Communication Projects — Draft communication templates, map workflows, and support engagement initiatives.
Office Operations Improvement — Assist with workflow audits, SOP development, and operational efficiency projects.
Contribute to new wellness programs, community outreach, and digital resource development.
Collect and interpret data to support decision‑making and service enhancements.

Requirements

Requirements
Currently enrolled student in a college or university program related to health sciences, business administration, psychology, social sciences, or a similar field.
Strong communication skills with the ability to write clearly and professionally.
Organizational and time‑management abilities to support multiple ongoing projects.
Comfort analyzing workflows or systems and proposing improvements.
Interest in wellness, healthcare, or community health and a desire to contribute to client‑experience innovation.
Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or scheduling/CRM platforms).
Ability to work independently while collaborating with staff on new initiatives.
Creative problem‑solver who enjoys improving processes and designing better client experiences.
Professionalism and confidentiality when handling client‑related information.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Orleans, ON K1E 3V7
