Embassy of Italy in Ottawa is seeking applications for one full-time permanent Driver / Messenger / Switchboard Operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive official Embassy vehicles.
- Deliver and collect official correspondence and documents.
- Operate the Embassy switchboard and welcome visitors.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to Embassy offices.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements set out in the official Notice of Competition, including legal residency in Canada, the required educational qualifications, a valid Canadian driver's licence appropriate for the position and must have an adequate knowledge of the Italian language.
Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be invited to participate in in-person interviews in Italian and English, followed by an in-person practical driving test at the Embassy of Italy in Ottawa.
