The Pelletier Real Estate Team is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, confident and highly organized Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) who can also provide real estate administrative support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, pays attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance consistent lead follow-up with strong administrative organization.
THE ROLE
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for prospective buyers, sellers and other real estate leads generated by the team.
Working under the direction of the ISA Manager, you will contact and follow up with leads, gather information using approved scripts and processes, maintain accurate CRM records and schedule qualified appointments with our registered real estate agents.
You will also provide day-to-day real estate administrative support, including CRM and database maintenance, reporting, document organization and other operational tasks that help keep the team organized and responsive.
This is an administrative lead-conversion, appointment-setting and real estate support role. RECO registration is not required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInside Sales & Lead Management
- Respond promptly to inbound leads by phone, text and email Make outbound calls and conduct consistent follow-up with prospective clients Build rapport and professionally represent the Pelletier Team Use approved scripts to identify client needs, timelines and key information Schedule qualified appointments with registered real estate agents Complete assigned follow-up tasks and action plans Follow team scripts, SOPs and lead-management standards Escalate questions requiring real estate advice to a registered salesperson
Real Estate Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead information, stages, tags, notes and tasks Support database cleanup, lead lists, follow-up tracking and activity reporting Maintain organized electronic files, records and team systems Prepare and distribute approved client and administrative materials Track inquiries, appointments, lead sources and conversion activity Support open house, marketing and transaction-related administration within the permitted scope of the role Provide general administrative and operational support to the real estate team as required

Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, call centres, appointment setting, real estate administration, office administration, hospitality or other client-facing roles is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
Experience with Follow Up Boss or another CRM, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or real estate software is an asset.
IMPORTANT ROLE BOUNDARIES
For candidates who are not registered with RECO, this position is strictly administrative.
ISAs do not provide real estate advice, discuss pricing or property values, negotiate transaction terms, prepare agreements requiring registrant involvement or perform other activities requiring registration under Ontario real estate legislation.
Questions or activities requiring registrant expertise are transitioned to a registered real estate agent.
COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
- Independent contractor position Hourly compensation based on experience and agreed schedule Shift-based scheduling with rotating coverage seven days per week Coverage hours will generally fall between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., including weekdays and weekends Individual shifts will be scheduled based on team coverage requirements and availability ISAs will participate in a fair rotation of weekday, evening and weekend shifts Schedule and expected availability will be established in advance with the ISA Manager Shifts may include a combination of lead follow-up, outbound calling and real estate administrative support based on lead volume and team priorities Potential performance incentives based on objective performance measures Training, approved scripts, systems, processes and ongoing coaching provided
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable picking up the phone, updating a CRM, completing administrative tasks and following a process from beginning to end.
