We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pay administration and information management, ensuring smooth office operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage payroll administration, including processing timesheets and ensuring accurate payments.

- Maintain and organize employee records and information confidentially.

- Assist with data entry and document management tasks, including PO and WO.

- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

- Perform general office administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in pay administration and information management is required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

- College Diploma or University Degree in Administration or Accounting

Responsabilités :

Gérer l'administration de la paie, y compris le traitement des feuilles de temps et s'assurer de l'exactitude des paiements.
Tenir à jour et organiser les dossiers et les renseignements des employés de façon confidentielle.
Effectuer la saisie de données et la gestion de documents, y compris les bons de commande (PO) et les bons de travail (WO).
Coordonner les réunions, les rendez-vous et gérer les calendriers.
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux demandes de renseignements.
Préparer des rapports, des présentations et de la correspondance.
Effectuer diverses tâches administratives de bureau au besoin.

Qualifications :

Expérience en administration de la paie et en gestion de l'information requise.
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook).
Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et en gestion du temps.
Grand souci du détail et de l'exactitude.
Excellentes habiletés de communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome ainsi qu'en équipe.
Grande discrétion et respect de la confidentialité.
Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) ou diplôme universitaire en administration ou en comptabilité.
