Rejoignez Mercedes-Benz Gatineau, membre du groupe Mark Motors, leader dans le domaine de l'automobile de luxe. Nous recherchons un(e) administrateur(trice) des ventes rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve) pour soutenir notre équipe commerciale hautement performante. À ce poste, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement du service commercial tout en contribuant à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Responsabilités :

Produire et transmettre les rapports de ventes, d’inventaire, de commandes et de gestion.
Préparer les informations requises pour la facturation, les paiements et les transactions de concession.
Soutenir le directeur commercial dans le financement des véhicules et le suivi administratif des dossiers.
Préparer les documents d’assurance, d’immatriculation et d’enregistrement des véhicules au Québec et en Ontario.
Assurer la gestion des programmes manufacturiers et gouvernementaux ainsi que la documentation liée aux paiements.
Enregistrer les dossiers de véhicules vendus auprès du manufacturier dans les délais requis.
Offrir un soutien administratif pour les échanges entre concessionnaires et les transactions en gros.
Vérifier et balancer les dossiers avant approbation.
Former les collègues au besoin afin d’assurer la continuité des opérations.
Remplacer la réceptionniste et appuyer le service au besoin.
Maintenir une image professionnelle, un poste de travail ordonné et accomplir toute autre tâche connexe.

Exigences du poste :

Au moins deux ans d’expérience dans l’industrie automobile, dans un poste en contact avec la clientèle ou dans un rôle équivalent.
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent requis.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques.
Rigueur, organisation et souci du détail.
Esprit d’équipe, autonomie et professionnalisme.

Type de poste : Temps plein, 40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless operations within the sales department while contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute sales, inventory, order, and management reports
Compile and organize required information for billing, payments, and dealership transactions
Support the Sales Manager with vehicle financing and administrative follow-up of files
Prepare insurance, registration, and licensing documents for vehicles in Quebec and Ontario
Manage manufacturer and government programs, including related payment documentation
Register sold vehicle files with the manufacturer within required timelines
Provide administrative support for dealer trades and wholesale transactions
Review and reconcile files prior to approval
Train colleagues as needed to ensure continuity of operations
Provide reception coverage and support the service department when required Maintain a professional image, an organized workspace, and perform other related duties

Job Requirements:

Minimum of two years’ experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a customer-facing or comparable role
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken)
Strong proficiency in computer applications and systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Demonstrates professionalism, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
