Requirements and responsibilities are, but not limited to

Maintain a high level of professionalism with guests.
Establish a positive rapport with guests face-to-face and over the phone.
Assist hairstylists when needed.
Keep salon neat and tidy; includes but not limited to laundry duties, dusting and sweeping.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Work well under pressure, handling stress with ease while maintaining the salons atmosphere.
Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with company procedures, rules and regulations.
Greet guests with a welcoming and warm attitude in keeping with our company brand and reputation.
Assist guests upon arrival
Computer and Microsoft Word knowledge is an asset as well the ability to adapt to our company booking software system.
Professional business attire and self presentation suitable for the beauty industry is required.
Must be available to work some evenings, some holidays and weekends.
Social media knowledge to a certain level to help with maintaining the business presence

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
