Requirements:
Exigences requises : Maîtrise en sciences des aliments ou l'équivalent * . Connaissance de diverses procédures et techniques de laboratoire standard. Certifications SIMDUT-laboratoire et biosécurité en laboratoire valides. Les candidats ne possédant pas les certifications peuvent les faire en ligne avant le début des cours. Expérience dans le domaine du cours. Une expérience de l'enseignement universitaire est un atout.
* Si le diplôme est dans un domaine équivalent, la personne candidate doit préciser dans son CV en quoi sa formation académique est liée aux sciences des aliments.
Nature du travail : Mise en œuvre des principes théoriques appris dans NUT2503 Techniques de laboratoire en sciences des aliments (cours magistral). Préparation et remise en place du laboratoire.
Mode d'enseignement : En personne - Campus Lees / Type « C » : cours avec travaux écrits, et examens qui ne peuvent être corrigés par ordinateur.
