Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Studio Experience & Marketing Coordinator to elevate our studio environment and drive impactful marketing initiatives. In this paid role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging customer experiences, managing digital marketing campaigns, social media management and supporting brand growth through creative content and strategic outreach. This is an exciting opportunity to blend your passion for fitness, marketing expertise, and creative skills to make a meaningful impact. Pilates fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram
Ability to create engaging, on-brand content that reflects the studio’s aesthetic and values
Proficient with Canva, Instagram, and other relevant social media/content creation tools
Ability to analyze social media performance and use insights to improve engagement and lead generation
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Must have proficient computer skills
Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own and execute the studio’s social media strategy and content calendar around promotions, launches, events, partnerships, and studio initiatives
Create Reels, Stories, posts, and other short-form content collaborating with instructors and studio team
Monitor and respond to social media engagement, including comments and messages
Track social media performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, and lead generation
Coordinate and distribute the monthly studio newsletter
Support and promote member events, grassroots initiatives, partnerships, and community activations
Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
Present available services to current or prospective members
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
Have input in marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio. This includes digital campaigns, grassroots events, partnerships, and networking
Independently make decisions to deliver exceptional customer service
Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
Other duties as assigned
