Overview
Experienced Painting Subcontractor Wanted (Team-Based)

We are currently seeking a reliable, professional Painting Subcontractor with a dedicated team to join our growing network. This is a great opportunity for established painting crews looking for consistent, high-quality work with a reputable general contractor.

About the Role:

As a subcontractor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services on residential and/or commercial projects. We value dependability, excellent craftsmanship, and clear communication.

Requirements:

Must have a team of experienced painters under your supervision (at least 2+ total for ladder work)
Proven ability to complete jobs on schedule and to a high standard
Flexible availability to accommodate project timelines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid business license and insurance
Access to reliable transportation and tools
Must provide:
Professional references
A portfolio showcasing recent projects
Ability to follow job specs, color schedules, and safety guidelines

Preferred Experience:

Exterior painting (residential & commercial); interior experience is an asset
Surface preparation, staining, drywall patching, and finish work
Spray application experience is a plus
