Dental Sterilization Technician – Assistant helper-Paid Training Provided | Full-Time Permanent

Pay: $19.00/hour+4% vacation pay

Job Description

Looking to start a career in the dental field but don't have any experience? We'd love to meet you! Our dental clinic located in Aylmer, Gatineau is looking for a Sterilization Technician to join our team. No experience is required—we provide paid, comprehensive training to help you succeed.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Clean, disinfect, pack and sterilize dental instruments according to clinic protocols.
Prepare instruments and trays for dental procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized sterilization area.
Assist with inventory and stocking of sterilization supplies.
Perform different tests to confirm sterilisation.
Support dental assistants with daily tasks as needed.
Provide coverage for dental assistants when required to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

Qualifications

No previous experience required – paid training provided.
Basic knowledge of English or French.
Knowledge of any of the following languages is considered an asset: Bulgarian, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Spanish
Must have access to a vehicle as the respect of the working hours is important for the position.
Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
Newcomers to Canada and individuals changing careers are welcome to apply.

Work Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
No evenings or weekends.
