Job Summary

We are seeking Full-time and Part-time Sushi Chefs/Kitchen Chefs to join our vibrant culinary team. preparing high-quality sushi and other Japanese dishes along with other fusion dishes. Whether you’re looking for a full-time position or part-time hours, your enthusiasm and expertise will help create memorable dining experiences.

Duties

Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with precision and artistry - training provided
Ensure all food preparation meets quality specifications and presentation standards
Assist in kitchen organization, including ingredient storage and cleanliness
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and friendly food service to customers
Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency across all dishes
Support the overall operation by participating in meal preparation during busy periods or special events

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service
Strong knowledge of best practices in a kitchen environment
Previous kitchen experience within the food industry is highly desirable
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques as a chef

Responsabilités

Préparer et assembler avec précision et créativité une variété de sushis, sashimis et autres plats japonais (formation assurée)

Participer à l'organisation de la cuisine, y compris le stockage des ingrédients et le maintien de la propreté
