Full job description

L'Analyste produits et gestion des prix est responsable de soutenir la croissance rentable de l'entreprise par la gestion stratégique des produits, des données maîtres et des prix.

Ce rôle joue un rôle clé dans l'introduction de nouveaux produits, le maintien de l'intégrité des données, l'analyse de la rentabilité ainsi que le développement et l'exécution de stratégies de prix alignées sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.

Le titulaire du poste collabore étroitement avec les équipes des Achats, du Marketing, des Ventes, et l'équipe des Opérations numériques, ainsi qu'avec les fournisseurs, afin d'assurer une gestion efficace du portefeuille de produits et des initiatives de prix. Le candidat idéal possède de solides capacités analytiques, une excellente compréhension des modèles de distribution, un souci du détail exceptionnel et une forte capacité à évaluer les impacts commerciaux et financiers de ses recommandations.

Responsabilités

Gérer les données maîtresses des produits, incluant la création, la classification, la catégorisation et l'intégrité des informations dans les différents systèmes de l'entreprise.
Développer et exécuter les stratégies de gestion des prix, analyser les coûts fournisseurs, surveiller les marges et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration de la rentabilité.
Effectuer des analyses de marché, de concurrence, de performance et de profitabilité afin de soutenir les décisions commerciales.
Collaborer avec les équipes Marketing pour établir les prix promotionnels, soutenir les circulaires et mesurer l'efficacité des promotions.
Travailler étroitement avec les fournisseurs, les Achats et l'équipe des Opérations numériques pour gérer les lancements de produits, les listes de prix et la mise en ligne des produits.
Recommander des actions visant à optimiser les coûts, améliorer les marges et soutenir les objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.

Exigences et qualifications requises

Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, commerce, analytique, chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe.
3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des prix, gestion de produits, analytique commerciale ou dans un environnement de distribution.
Solide compréhension des modèles de prix en distribution, de la gestion des marges, de la rentabilité et des stratégies promotionnelles.
Excellentes capacités analytiques, esprit critique et aptitude à transformer les données en recommandations d'affaires concrètes.
Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel ; expérience avec les systèmes ERP, Power BI et les outils de gestion de données.
Bilinguisme français et anglais requis ; la maîtrise de l'anglais est essentielle compte tenu de notre base de fournisseurs nord-américains.
Grande rigueur, souci du détail, sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.

The Product & Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting the company's profitable growth through the strategic management of products, master data, and pricing.

This role plays a key part in new product introductions, maintaining data integrity, analyzing profitability, and developing and executing pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, and Digital Operations teams, as well as suppliers, to ensure effective product portfolio management and pricing execution. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of distribution business models, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate the commercial and financial impacts of their recommendations.

Responsibilities

Manage product master data, including product setup, classification, categorization, and the integrity of product information across company systems.
Develop and execute pricing strategies, analyze supplier cost changes, monitor margins, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Conduct market, competitive, performance, and profitability analyses to support business decisions.
Partner with Marketing to establish promotional pricing, support flyer development, and measure promotional effectiveness.
Work closely with suppliers, Purchasing, and the Digital Operations team to manage product launches, price lists, and online product deployment.
Recommend actions to optimize costs, improve margins, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in pricing, product management, business analytics, or a distribution environment.
Strong understanding of distribution pricing models, margin management, profitability analysis, and promotional pricing strategies.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems, Power BI, and data management tools.
Fully bilingual in French and English; strong English communication skills are essential given our North American supplier base.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
