Roof Installer / Exterior Finisher

We are hiring a Roof Installer / Exterior Finisher to join our construction crew.

This job includes roofing, siding, exterior trim, flashing, caulking, and general exterior work. We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outside.

Duties

Install shingles, metal roofing, siding, trim, and exterior finishes
Measure, cut, fasten, and seal materials properly
Use hand tools and power tools safely
Help with layout, prep work, cleanup, and material handling
Read basic drawings or follow site instructions
Caulk and seal joints to keep exterior work weatherproof
Keep the job site clean and organized
Follow safety rules on site

Requirements

Experience with roofing, siding, exterior work, carpentry, or general construction
Able to work outside in different weather conditions
Comfortable with ladders, heights, and physical labour
Able to lift 50+ lbs safely
Good attitude and willing to work as part of a crew
Basic tool knowledge
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s licence preferred
