Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to guarantee a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.

Experience

Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus; certification in food handling is desirable.
Experience in food service or hospitality environments will be beneficial in providing excellent customer interactions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
