THE ROLE

Front of House Support Staff ( SA’s ) are essential to smooth service. This hands-on role supports servers, bartenders, heart of house and hosts while maintaining clean, prepared and guest-ready dining areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the service team with food running, table clearing, resetting and guest requests.
Maintain clean, organized and fully stocked dining rooms, patios and service stations.
Deliver food and beverages promptly while confirming table numbers and presentation standards.
Assist with opening, closing and event setup duties, including furniture and place settings.
Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, hosts and servers to support efficient service.
Represent Pheasant Glen with professionalism, warmth and genuine hospitality.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous restaurants, banquets, events or hospitality experience is an asset.
Positive, outgoing attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable, organized and able to remain composed during high-volume service.
Professional appearance and careful attention to cleanliness and detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely carry trays, dishes and service supplies.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
