Job Summary

Lantzville Wellness Centre is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality massage therapy treatments, support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated practitioner looking to build and grow their practice in a supportive, professional, and well-established clinic environment.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess:

Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct client assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Educate clients on self-care, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
Collaborate with Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice.
Foster positive therapeutic relationships and contribute to a welcoming clinic environment.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

Registration and membership in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC).
Eligibility to practice as a Registered Massage Therapist in British Columbia.
Excellent assessment, treatment planning, and manual therapy skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
A professional, compassionate, and patient-centred approach to care.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Previous experience in private practice is considered an asset.
