Sr. Server

The Landing @ Bass Lake / Bass Lake Roadhouse

Job Summary

Bass Lake Roadhouse is seeking friendly, skilled professional servers to join our energetic hospitality team. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle transactions accurately are essential.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and safety guidelines
Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, courteous service
Accurately take orders, enter them into the POS system, and process cash and card payments
Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Perform a high standard of table management.
Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all legal requirements
Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory management as needed

Qualifications & Experience

Previous restaurant, bar, or food service experience preferred
Familiarity with POS systems (such as Touch Bistro) is a plus
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
Basic math skills for cash handling, tabs, and accurate transactions
Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures preferred
