What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Multi-Store Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across assigned restaurants. Conduct daily walkthroughs to enforce 100% compliance with Tim Hortons brand standards, health and safety regulations, and cleanliness protocols.
People Development & Culture: Serve as an enthusiastic role model. Recruit, train, and coach Store Managers and Team Members, fostering an inclusive, supportive environment with low turnover.
Financial Mastery & Target Achievement: Take full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs). Control prime costs—specifically food, paper, and labor—through smart scheduling, production planning, and waste tracking. Hit targets to unlock your quarterly performance bonuses.
Brand Promotions & Launches: Ensure flawlessly executed LTOs (Limited Time Offers), new product rollouts, and marketing campaigns across all locations.
Tech, Systems & Administration: Utilize digital tools, inventory software, POS systems, and Excel/Google Sheets to manage schedules, track stock levels, complete cash reports, and process end-of-shift balancing.
Guest Experience Champion: Actively resolve guest feedback, elevate speed of service (especially drive-thru targets), and lead the team to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service every time.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

Proven QSR Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant management experience (prior experience within Tim Hortons or another high-volume franchise is strongly preferred).
Numbers-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling, control inventory, analyze P&L statements, and hit financial targets.
People Person & Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Quick to master new restaurant management software, digital tools, and corporate systems.
Mobility & Logistics: Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to travel daily between store locations.

Perks & Compensation

Base Rate: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour + Target based bonus (based on experience).
Target-Based Bonus: Lucrative bonuses based on achieving sales targets, labor goals, waste reduction, and brand audit scores.

Pay: $41,603.67-$51,000.00 per year
