Full job description

Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-orientated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Penticton Hyundai is looking for a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will handle a variety of office tasks, including answering and directing calls on a multi-line phone system, greeting visitors, and assisting with administrative duties. The ideal candidate has excellent phone etiquette, strong multitasking skills, and a positive attitude. If you enjoy providing great customer service we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for administrative documents.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support office operations as required and assisting with bookkeeping tasks when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
Strong data entry and clerical skills
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
Familiarity with filing systems and administrative tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
