Quality Greens Farm Market – Penticton

Do you enjoy working with people, preparing fresh food, and being part of a fun, supportive team? Quality Greens Farm Market is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Deli Department in a variety of part-time and full-time positions, including leadership opportunities.

Whether you're looking to build your career in food retail or simply enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
Prepare, package, and merchandise fresh deli products.
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
Assist customers with orders and product recommendations.
Work collaboratively with your team to create an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

Friendly, reliable, and passionate about customer service.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Food Safe Certificate is an asset.
Previous deli, food service, or grocery experience is an asset.
Supervisory or leadership experience is required for applicants interested in leadership positions.

Availability:

Applicants must be available to work occasional closing shifts (7:30pm/8:30pm)
Applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work at least 24 hours per week.
