Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, with a proven track record in restaurant management. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, managing food preparation processes, and maintaining a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and cooking processes.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock.
Train and mentor team members in cooking techniques, food handling, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences while maintaining cost efficiency.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of food presentation and taste.
Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or restaurant setting is essential.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food service operations.
Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices in food safety.
Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively, fostering a positive work culture.
Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
